| Abstract: | This paper discusses the locational conditons of the coorperatiou on this subject between HeiHe of China and Blagoveiscensk in Amur Prefecture of Ru -ssia, analysises the obstacles and new peculiarities on the frontier trade and ecnoomic coorperation between China and Russia in HeiHe area, and puts forw -ard the ways to deal with these problemes. |
