| 摘 要： | 大量外来务工人口的涌入在为宁波带来巨大红利的同时，也给宁波市外来务工人员住房保障提出严峻挑战。从住房保障水平的概念出发，通过梳理当前宁波外来务工人员住房保障体系的构成，并以适度社会保障水平模型为基础对宁波市外来务工人员的住房保障水平进行系统测定，提出了当前宁波市外来务工人员住房保障建设着重开展的工作，有效地增强对宁波市外来务工人员住房保障体系的理性认识。

| Abstract: | A great number of migrant works＇ entrance into Ningbo brings huge dividends, but Ningbo migrant workers＇ housing security system is facing severe challenge. This paper generalizes the ingredients and measures the level of this system based on the model of moderate social security, and indicates the focal work in the process of building Ningbo migrant workers＇ housing security. It is able to increase the rational understanding of Ningbo migrant workers＇ housing security by the way of this paper |
