国企改革的历史趋势

从社会主义社会基本矛盾运行轨迹的角度，认为应把生产资料所有制这个经济基础的范畴，从上层建筑领域彻底剥离出来，把国营企业改名为全民所有制企业，把国家资产管理委员会改为全民资产管理委员会，从而在社会主义制度的经济体制、机制和运行方式上彻底割断政企不分、条块分割的经济纽带，建立起科学的名副其实的生产资料全民所有制和全民所有制企业。

Historical Trend of the Reform on State-owned Enterprises

According to the development track of the basic contradiction in socialistic society, the author thinks that we should completely separate the system of ownership of the means of production, which actually belongs to the category of economic base, from the realm of the superstructure and change the name of state-owned enterprise into the name of enterprise owned by the whole people as well as change the name of state-owned asset management committee into the name of management committee for asset owned by the whole people so that we can avoid the mixing of the government and enterprises＇ functions as well as fragmentation from the aspects of economic system, mechanism and operating mode under socialistic system, thus establishing scientific and real ownership of the means of production by the whole people and enterprises owned by the whole people.
