河南省投资结构优化新探

优化投资结构是新时期河南加快经济发展方式转变的着力点。目前,河南的投资结构仍不太合理。投资结构问题进一步引发了产业层次较低、投资效率不高、投资的就业拉动效应小等经济社会发展问题。为了更好地发挥投资对经济增长的拉动作用,河南需要妥善处理好投资与消费、投资与就业等9对关系。只有不断完善投资的体制机制,才能实现在投资规模稳定增长的基础上优化投资结构。

The optimizing of the structure of investment is the focus of accelerating the transformation of Henan＇s economic development mode in the New Era.The current structure of investment in Henan is still unreasonable.The disadvantages of investment structure have caused some problems on the Development of Economy and Society,such as the low level of industry,the low efficiency level of investment,the relatively weak investment＇s employment effect,etc.To bring into full play the effect of investment to economic growth,we have to handle properly ten pairs of relations between investment and consumption,between investment and employment,etc.And only the systems and mechanisms of investment have been improved,can the purpose of the optimizing of the structure of investment on the base of the stable increasing investment scale be achieved.
