浅析商业银行国际化的背景及发展策略

面对西方迅猛发展的商业银行国际化形势，我国银行业面临参与国际竞争的外在压力和实现全球化的内在要求，走向国际化已经现实地、迫切地摆在我国商业银行的面前。但中国的银行业在制度环境、人员素质、资金技术实力等方面与发达国家的著名银行相比差距甚远实现国际化不可能一蹴而就而是一个渐进式的过程。本文首先对银行国际化进行基础性分析，然后从背景、发展状况、政策等方面来解析我国商业银行的国际化，并提出一些关于发展其国际化的合理化建议。

The Background and Developing Measures of Internationalization of Commercial Banks

Faced with internationalization of western commercial banks, China banking is under the pressures of joining in the international competition and globalization. But China banking is in inferior position in such aspects as system, quality of the employees, capital and technology. Therefore, internationalization should be done step by step. The paper, beginning with the theory of internationalization of the bank, deliberates the background, developing situation and policies of internationalization of commercial banks in China, and presents some suggestions to the process.
