| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和信息化时代政府扶植中小企业发展电子商务极其必要。根据国际经验,中小企业电子商务的发展需要政府推动,同时在对湖北中小企业电子商务发展战略基础与条件作了客观评价并提出湖北中小企业电子商务的发展政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the inevitability that governments support small-and-medium-sized enterprise developing e-commerce in an era of economic globalization and information.The view is taken that developing e-commerce for small-and-mediumsized enterprises can gain governmental support according to the international practice.The present e-commerce situation evaluated and the paper proposes the policies conductive to Hubei SMSs' e-commerce development. |
