区域高速公路经济网规划研究

本文认为,高速公路经济网是点轴开发模式的具体体现和进一步发展,高速公路网络化发展与区域经济发展具体可以分为由点到网、由网到带、由带到网和由网到面四个阶段,形成了高速公路建设和区域经济发展相互促进、相互依存的良性循环。文章提出,区域高速公路经济网规划应在轴线内实施“鱼刺图”开发战略,沿各级别公路线逐步渗透开发;在网络内实施“连轴”开发战略,将各条发展轴首尾相连,形成网络,以缩短从经济带到高级网的过渡;在区域间实施分工协作战略,从有利于区域经济发展的大局出发找准定位,辩证地认识竞争与合作,重视优势,再造机遇,通过分工与协作培植各具特色的经济区域。

Study on Regional Economic Net Planning Along the Highway

Based on the practice of the development of national and international traffic economic belt along the highway,and the current situation that the building of our highway will be gradually online,the authors give the conception of economic net along the highway.The authors analyze the interrelationships between the development of economic net along the highway and regional economic development.The authors put forward that regional highway network planning should take note of the economic strategy.The development of regional highway network and regional economic development can be divided into such four phases as "from point to network","from network to belt","from belt to network" and "from network to regional scale".
