绿色供应链管理模式下的企业环境管理

针对我国企业环境管理中存在的环境管理目标与职能虚置、管理方式落后以及绿色需求不足等问题,依据绿色供应链管理的基本思想,指出我国企业在环境管理过程中应通过采取确立环境管理在企业中的战略地位,实施源头控制的环境管理方式和增强绿色意识、引导绿色消费等措施来降低环境管理成本,取得经济竞争优势,从而提高企业的核心竞争力.

Enterprise Environmental Management in Green Supply Chain Management Model

Aiming at the problem in the process of our enterprises' environmental management,such as ignoring the goals and the functions of the environmental management,the lag of the management methods and the lack of the green demand,then,based on the basic idea of green supply chain management,it points out that chinese enterprises should take some measures of establishing the strategic position of environmental management in enterprises,implementing the environmental management methods for source control,enhancing the awareness of green and guiding green consumption to reduce the cost of the environmental management and obtain the predominance of the economic competition,thereby enhancing the core competition of the enterprises.
