| Abstract: | Adopting the method of combining theoretical analysis with historical analysis, this paper forms a theoretical framework of research on institution, i. e., the conflict and unity between incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism, to analyze the development of the bond market in our country. Moreover, the research explores the existing problems as well as the motive power for institutional progress. In this way, the paper proves the basic principle that it is the contradictory movement between incentive mechanism and contraint mechanism that pushes forward the progress of the bend market system. |
