| 摘 要： | 连锁经营和集团化经营是目前比较热门的企业经营模式,很多人都把它们当作"规模经营"的代名词,而对它们之间异同的研究却很少有人涉及.通过对餐饮企业从餐饮连锁经营和集团化经营的内涵、优势到关系进行剖析,了解两种经营模式的本质,可以对餐饮企业经营者选择经营模式提供一定的借鉴和参考.
