| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业作为中国经济体制改革的制度变迁产物 ,其高速发展与停滞不前的主要原因都在于它的特殊产权结构。本文从“模糊产权”理论角度出发 ,分析乡镇企业的扩张效率与发展前景。并进一步指出 ,产权变迁与突破有赖于制度变迁方式从供给主导型向诱致需求型转变。
