| 摘 要： | 有效需求不足可能成为我国今后长期的市场态势 ,在此情况下 ,我国的财政政策应有一个合理的定位 ,不应只把赤字财政作为重要选择 ,而应有一个可持续性财政政策的选择空间。可持续性财政政策既包括可持续性财政收入政策 ,也包括可持续性财政支出政策。本文试图对我国有效需求不足下可持续性财政政策的选择空间作一个初步的设计 ,其具体的内容还有待于进一步研究

| Abstract: | Insufficient effective demand may very well become a long term market trend in China. Under such circumstances, the national financial policy should take a reasonable orientation. Deficit finance may be a primary choice, as stated in the paper, but a sustainable financial policy may turn out to be an important alternative, including both sustainable financial income policy and sustainable financial expenditure policy. |
