建设和谐社会与经济增长速度的辨证统一关系--建设和谐社会为什么就降低经济增长速度

经济增长是一切社会因素进步发展的一般性物质基础,而和谐社会又是经济快速增长的环境条件。但是,和谐社会建设与经济增长速度没有直接必然的联系,而是通过社会分配环节相互影响。和谐社会建设与经济的分配方式直接相关,而经济分配方式又与经济增长速度的辨证统一,经济增长通过社会分配方式作用于和谐社会建设。社会经济转型后期利益竞争使经济增长的同时导致中国社会阶层分化,利益差距扩大。要使经济增长的成果为绝大多数人所享有,化解利益冲突和社会矛盾,必须通过社会分配使经济增长服务于和谐社会的建设发展目标。

The Relationship between Building a Harmonious Society and Economic Growth--Why Should the Economic Growth be Decreased in Building a Harmonious Society

Economic growth is the general material basis for the development of all social elements,while a harmonious society is the environmental condition for rapid development of economy.Nevertheless,the construction of a harmonious society has no direct relationships with economic growth.The building of a harmonious society is directly interrelated with the economic distribution method which is in the dialectical unity with economy growth.Thus,theoretically,the economy growth contributes to the harmonious society construction by means of social distribution.In the later period of economic transformation,with the economic growth,the competition for profit and interest leads to the enlargement of the gap of social classes and wealth.To ensure the achievement of economic growth shared by the majority and the profit conflicts and social contradictions resolved,the economic growth should practically contribute to the construction of a harmonious society through social distribution.
