| 摘 要： | 从农村市场中介组织的形式、功能和运行机制三个方面的特点出发,采用产业组织理论体系的SCP理论对农村市场中介组织的有效性进行分析,得出在农村经济体制转型期应加快农村市场中介组织的发展,以适应中国特色的社会主义市场经济的发展和完善。

| Abstract: | In view of form,function and mechanism of rural intermediary organization,based on the theories of SCP in the industry organization school,the paper analyzes the efficiency of intermediary organization in rural market.It concludes that rural intermediary organization should be developed to adapt to the development of Chinese-styled socialist market economy. |
