| 摘 要： | 工程承包合同的获取和管理是施工企业生存和发展的关键。针对目前我国施工企业合同管理工作的现状，指出了其中普遍存在的一些问题，并提出几点工程承包合同的管理工作和提高施工企业经济效益的建议。

| Abstract: | Attainment and management of engineering contract is the key to survive and development for construction enterprises. Aiming at existing condition of contract management, some universal problems are pointed out, and the suggestions for improving contract management and raising efficiency of construction enterprises are provided in this paper. |
