| 摘 要： | 农业在新疆生产建设兵团的经济发展中具有十分重要的地位。改革开放以来,兵团农业发展迅速,资本、劳动力、耕地、机械总动力以及全要素生产率均对经济增长作出了贡献。但分析发现,兵团近几年经济增长主要依赖于全要素投入的增长。应进一步提升技术进步与技术效率,以促进兵团农业更好更快发展。

| Abstract: | Agriculture stand by an important station on the economic development of Xinjiang production and con-struction corps.Since reform and the opening to the outside world,the corps’agriculture develop quickly.Cap-ital,labor,cultivated land,machinery power and Total Factor Productivity（TFP） made great contribution.But byanalyzing,the corps’economic rise in recent years mainly relay on TFP’s increase,so it should improve technical promotion and efficiency,finally improve the corps’agriculture develop better and faster. |
