| 摘 要： | 社会对会计人才需求是多样化的,同一学校会计专业不同学生的基础素质、接受能力和个人的兴趣爱好等方面存在着差异,在会计专业应该实行分层教学,即实行会计专业方向分层、学生分层、教学内容分层、教师分层、教学方法和教学手段分层等具体措施。
