作为同业拆借交易的主要交易平台提供者,全国银行间同业拆借中心肩负着执行《同业拆借管理办法》、服务交易成员的重要职责。《管理办法》颁布后,同业拆借中心根据该办法对同业拆借市场的政策调整,结合市场现行需要并考虑到今后的发展空间,及时完善了信用拆借交易系统的相应功能,起草并发布了《同业拆借交易操作规则》,积极推进落实《管理办法》关于准入管理、交易清算、期限管理、限额管理、透明度管理等各方面的规定。

New framework, new rules, new development

As provider of the main trading platform for China＇s interbank lending, the National Interbank Funding Center shoulders the important responsibilities of enforcing the Measures on the Administration of Interbank Lending and serving trading members of the NIFC. With the issuance of the Measures as well as the policy adjustments the Measures has brought about on the interbank lending market, the NIFC takes into consideration both the status quo of the market and the space for future development, and then makes improvements on some functions of the trading system for credit lending. In the meanwhile, the NIFC has also drafted and introduced the Operational Rules for Interbank Lending, thus facilitating the implementation of the Measures in terms of access administration, trade settlement, and administration on maturity, quota and transparency.
