| 摘 要： | 应对经济全球化的挑战,化解南北矛盾的惟一正确选择是建立符合世界各国人民根本利益的,公正、合理的国际新秩序。中国抓住经济全球化的本质,以各国人民的根本利益为重,提出了建立国际新秩序的科学构想。
