| 摘 要： | 私人银行业务是商业银行以财富管理为核心,面向高额净资产个人客户提供的专业化一揽子金融服务.国外私人银行业务发展较早,如瑞银集团私人银行已拥有上百年历史.但我国私人银行业务起步较晚,且运作模式存在诸多问题.借鉴国外先进经验,结合我国私人银行业发展现状,我国应加速产品研发,加强专业人才队伍建设,逐步完善产品营销体系,加快信息体系建设.
