乡村旅游可持续发展的关键因子研究——以长乐村、宏村、三山岛为例

从协调社区内部近期利益与长远利益、个别利益与整体利益的角度，以浙、皖、苏三地的3个典型自然村落为研究对象．在实地系统调研和SPSS分析的基础上，提出乡村旅游地人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系，旅游发展中既得利益分配的状况，乡村社区居民对本土文化的认同感以及对旅游业的参与程度是乡村旅游可持续发展的关键因子，对于乡村旅游目的地四大文明建设，城市支持农村、农村反哺城市的格局之形成都起着至关重要的作用。

A Study on Key Factors of Rural Tourism Sustainable Development --Cases Study of Changle Village of Lanxi Zhejiang Province,Hongcun Village of Yixian Anhui Province,Sanshan Village of Suzhou Jiangsu Province

From the view of coordinating community＇s internal recent and long--term interests, individual and the whole community interests, this study takes three typical villages of different types in Zhe, Wan, Su provinces as the research objects. Based on the field survey and SPSS analysis, the authors suggest that the relationship between man and man, man and society, man and nature, the distribution of vested interests, community residents＇ identity of local culture and their community partici- pation are the key factors of rural tourism sustainable development. They are very important to the construction of rural community on material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization, ecological civilization, and the formation of ＂cities supporting rural areas, rural nurturing cities＂ pattern.
