| 摘 要： | 物流企业为了有效地对资源监督和配置．在不断地评价企业的绩效的同时加强物流企业的管理控制工作．从而为更好地实施物流企业战略计划提供保障。本文从绩效评价、管理控制与物流企业战略计划三方面的关系论述如何加强以及提高物流企业的经营管理水平，希望能对物流企业管理水平的提高有一些借鉴的意义．

| Abstract: | Logistics company hopes to effectively manage the resources of logistics company, evaluate the efficiency of company, meantime strength the management of logistics company, so as to guarantee the company's strategy. The article describes how to strength and improve the level of management of logistics company through the relationship of performance evaluation, management control and the strategy of logistics company. We hope to give some advice to improve the level of management of logistics company. |
