| Abstract: | With the increasing reformation in the system of property rights ,the system of property rights in medium and small-sided enterprises have not been reformed very thoroughly ,which gets people's reflection on it .This article points out the major problems in the reform in the property rights of Chinese medium and small-sided enterprises, analyzes the reasons which results in them and probes into the resolvable countermeasures and the reformatory orientations. |
