| 摘 要： | 信息化是中小企业提高竞争力的良好途径。但缺资金,缺人才制约着我国中小企业信息化的发展。采用ASP模式实现企业信息化,能很好地解决以上问题。本文在采用ASP模式实现中小企业信息化的背景下,对信息化过程中应用服务模式的选择、组织结构变革和企业文化建设、风险防范等方面的问题进行全新的思考。

| Abstract: | Informationization is a good way for the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competition. But the lack of fund and talents are restricting the development of informationization in the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. Adopting ASP mode to realize enterprise's informationization can well solve the above problems. Under the background, this paper studies these questions as follows from the new aspects: the choice of the service mode in the information-based course, the change of the construction of organization, the cultural construction of enterprise and how to take precaution against risk during the cource of informationization with ASP. |
