浅析建筑企业现代化管理

经过多年市场竞争的磨练,我国建筑业发展到一个较大规模和较高水平,建筑企业管理正向科学化、现代化和国际通行模式转变,但同时也暴露出了不少问题,比如:相互分割的管理体制和运行模式,缺乏综合性的项目管理人才,技术创新能力不够等。如何规范建筑市场的主体行为,在复杂的国际国内竞争市场上取得良好的社会效益和经济效益是十分重要的。文中结合多年的实践经验,对以上问题提出了初步看法,对施工企业具有借鉴和参考价值。

Analyzing the Modern Management of Construction Enterprise

Through the market competition in recent years, the construction enterprise in our country is becoming larger and larger, and the management mode of construction enterprise is becoming scientific, modern and international. But there are some problems, for example: the management mechanism separates from the running mode in construction enterprise, and it lacks the technique innovation ability and the comprehensive project managers. How to standardize the construction market to fit the world market is very important for us to get good efficiency of society and economy. Basing the experience in the construction enterprise, this thesis puts forward some viewpoint that is a useful reference to the construction enterprise.
