| 摘 要： | 本文运用系统工程理论方法 ,对国土资源系统进行了较为全面深入的分析 ,定义了国土资源系统和国土资源系统工程的基本概念 ,论述了国土资源系统的特点和构成 ,以及国土资源系统工程的内容、学科体系和方法论 ,提出了国土资源系统的模型体系框架和实施建议。
