| 摘 要： | 知识产权法最基本的制度是知识产权的主体制度、客体制度和知识产权的保护制度。它们集中反映了知识产权的法律关系。国家法律规定了什么人可以参加知识产权法律关系，享有何种权利和承担何种义务，何种知识产品能够成为权利客体而受到保护及权利的效力范围，制裁各种直接侵权行为和间接侵权行为，并提供民事、行政及刑事的多种法律救济手段。

| Abstract: | The basic systems of Knowledge Property Rights Protection Law are the subject system, object system and the protection system. The law tells us what kind of people can participate in the knowledge property rights relation, have what kind of responsibilities and duties, what kind of knowledge production can be involved in the scope of validity. The law also punishes all kinds of direct and indirect infringement behavior and provides civil, administration and criminal legal rescue measures. |
