| 摘 要： | 我国非营利组织对政府财政补助具有高度的依赖性,财政用于支持非营利组织发展的民政费用支出与财政收入呈正相关关系,政府与非营利组织发展具有良性互动关系。在加强对公益性非营利组织财政扶持的同时,政府要代表公众对非营利组织的财政资金使用情况进行监督考核。

| Abstract: | China′s non-profit organization has a high degree of dependence on financial assistance from government.It has a positive correlation between the civil administration expense that supports non-profit organization and fiscal revenue.While strengthening the public financial support for non-profit organization,government should supervise the funds use of the non-profit organization,standing for the behalf of the public. |
