循环经济下的项目管理体系研究

面对经济高速发展所伴随的高消耗、高污染和资源约束问题，项目管理领域也开始把循环经济的理念运用到项目管理的全过程中，循环经济下的项目管理体系都是围绕着3R原则而进行的。通过循环经济与项目管理体系的结合，提高项目实施过程中的资源利用率和减少项目建成后对环境的污染程度，实现经济的可持续发展。

Research on Project Management System under the Recycle Economy

Faced with the problem of high consumption, pollution and restrained resource brought by the high development of economy, the project management field begins to apply the idea of recycle economy to the whole course of the project management too. The project management systems under recycle economy were all carried out around 3R principle. It can improve the utilization ratio of resource during the implementation course and reduce the degree of pollution after the project is built up through combining recycle economy with project management system.
