摘    要:文章以某地矿单位库区工作站为实例,从员工类型、工作特点、员工需求等方面总结了地矿事业单位野外工作站的人力资源管理特点;同时,从工资分配、管理体制、职业设计与人才培养等方面论述了地矿事业单位人力资源管理方面存在的问题;在此基础上,以该工作站为实例提出了完善地矿事业单位人力资源管理体制、机制的对策。

Abstract:The paper discusses the characteristics of human resource management with regard to field working station of public institutions of geology and minerals.And then it goes on to look at some problems from the following aspects:pay distribution,management system,job design and talents training.In response to this,the paper offers some measures required for improving the system and mechanism of human resource management.
