| 摘 要： | 水资源可持续利用是城市可持续发展的重要部分；结合哈尔滨市实际情况，概括选取与评价关系密切的指标，运用由主成分分析法、层次分析法和综合指数法组成的集成定量方法，评价2005年所辖各区县市水资源可持续利用水平；研究结果表明，其水资源可持续利用总体水平偏低，东北部和南部各地区处于中等层次，中西部各地区水资源利用形势严峻；提出持续利用水资源的对策。
