微波干燥玫瑰花的护形研究

摘    要:
利用干燥剂埋没干燥法及不同化学溶液前处理的方法,研究了玫瑰干花制作过程中的护形问题。试验结果表明,玫瑰花用直径为1mm左右的变色硅胶包埋后再经微波干燥,能迅速除去内含水分,所得干花外形较佳;前处理工艺为20%的蔗糖溶液,浸泡30min,干燥条件为微波功率120W,干燥3min后放置24h取出,得到的玫瑰干花的护形效果最好。

Abstract:
By using drier-packing ways and different pre-handling methods of soaking the flowers in chemic solution, the problems of keeping shape have researched. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the water in the roses packed with silica gel and dried by microwave can be removed rapidly, and the shape of the dried roses were good. The shape of the dried roses under the pre-handling optimum conditions of sacchamse solution 20%, the time of soaking 30 min, the time of desiccation 3 min by microwave power 120 W and taking the dired roses after 24 h were both good.
