| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断发展，工业企业日益增多，对环境的污染也日趋严重。焦化工业是煤炭深加工工业，其布局应以循环经济为理念，进行工业合理布局，充分利用资源减少工业对环境的污染。七台河新兴工业区应以焦化企业为龙头，联合钢铁、造纸、电厂等企业进行资源循环利用。
