西藏地方形象建设与对外传播的历史与现状分析

在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景之下,中国把自身实力转化为在国际舞台上的话语权、建构一个与国家实力相匹配的国家形象,符合我国的国家利益。西藏的地方形象和中国的国家形象同气连枝,在某种程度上,西藏地方形象的建设以及对外传播具有一定的短板特征。由于西藏的特殊性,在国际上的形象带有话语博弈的特征,集中表现在西藏地方形象长期以来处于不真实状态,或是虚妄或是扭曲,亟需改善。开展涉藏方面的公共外交活动对于压缩“藏独”活动空间、扭转西方对西藏的刻板印象、提升中国西藏话语、切实维护我国的国家利益具有强烈的现实意义。

Analysis of the history and present situation of Tibet's local image construction and external publicity

Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,it is in China's national interest to transform its own strength into a voice on the international stage and construct a national image that matches its national strength.The local image of Tibet is closely related to the national image of China.To some extent,the construction of the local image of Tibet and its ex-ternal publicity has some shortcomings.Due to the particularity of Tibet,the image of Tibet in the world is characterized by discourse game,which is mainly reflected in the unreality,false or distorted image of Tibet for a long time,and it is in urgent need of improvement.It is of great practical signifi-cance to carry out public diplomacy activities related to Tibet in order to compress the activity space of"Tibet independence",to reverse the stereotype of Tibet in the west,to enhance China's discourse on Tibet,and to safeguard China's national interests.
