论归核化战略的扩张途径——兼谈对我国企业战略重组的启示

在综述归核化战略理论演进历程的基础上,结合归核化战略的扩张方向与扩张方式之间的匹配,本文认为,归核化战略的扩张途径为"份额扩张→产品扩张→市场扩张→业务扩张"的扩张过程,并对我国企业战略重组提出巩固核心业务份额、保护未来市场地位、挖掘核心业务潜力和提高重组协同效益四点启示。

On the Expansion Approach of the Refocusing Strategy——and the Enlightenment on Enterprise Strategic Reorganzation in China

Looking back to the devolpment of the theory of the Refocusing strategy, matching the direction and the way of the Refocusing strategy, the author believes, the expansion approach of Refocusing strategy is "expansion of market share, expansion of product, expansion of market,expansion of business"and based on that,four pieces of enlightenment are revealed for business strategic reorganization,which are cosolidate the share of core business,the protection of the future market position, tap potential the core business and enhance the benefit through reorganization synergies.
