| Abstract: | At this stage, it＇s the main task of state-owned enterprise reform to standardize and improve the corporate governance structure. This paper did an in-depth analysis of exploring on two aspects of the system from establishing of standardized and effective board of directors to outside directors based on the practice of corporate governance structure establishment of the Shouchuang Group and proposed some constructive comments. |
