掺烧高煤锅炉布袋除尘器喷吹实验改进探讨

为了延长锅炉布袋的使用寿命,降低布袋除尘维护费用,文章通过实验分析,针对锅炉不同的负荷、燃料,改进了布袋除尘器的喷吹操作方法,减少了对布袋清灰冲击,延长了布袋除尘器喷吹周期,使除尘器布袋的使用寿命延长了1～2年,同时大幅度降低了压缩空气的使用量。

Improve Injection Experiment on Bag Filter of Mix-burning High Coal Boiler

In order to prolong boiler bag's service life and reduce costs to maintain bag filter,the paper,analyzed by experiment, improves the injection method for the bag filter according to different loads and fuel of the boiler.The way can prevent the bag from over-impacting and extend the injection cycle of bag filter,eventually,prolong the bag filter's service life till one or two years and greatly cut the used amount of compressed air.
