| Abstract: | It is decided by taking into consideration such factors as economic rationality, the risk class, convenience and time-saving whether an engineering contractor lease or buy the required construction machinery. The mathematical lease-buy model and corresponding decision-making criteria are formulated in this paper, which can be referred to as by the engineering company. |
