| 摘 要： | 工业革命之后,世界一次能源经历了两次大的转型,分别是自然能源到煤炭的转型和煤炭到石油的转型。而目前,在世界能源从化石能源向新能源过渡时期,天然气作为最清洁的化石能源,起到了不可替代的作用,向天然气过渡是世界趋势。中国正在转变"以煤为主"的战略思维,已经颁布了系列规划和政策,确保能源向天然气转型,相信未来一段时间,中国的能源结构、环境质量、工业生产成本、居民生活水平都将有大幅提高。

| Abstract: | After industrial revolution, the primary energy transformation has emerged twice all around the world. That means the transformations turn from natural energy to coal and from coal to crude oil. As the cleanest fossil energy, natural gas plays an indispensable role nowadays during the transition period from fossil energy to new energy. Natural gas is the trend of the world. China is changing the strategic thinking of ＂coal dotalnates＂ and has already published series of projects and policies, to guarantee the success of transformation. China＇s energy structure, environment quality, industrial manufacture and living standard can be improved significantly for some time to come. |
