| 摘 要： | 分析江苏省征地补偿安置工作中存在的问题 ,指出现行的土地征用制度存在种种弊端 ,不利于土地资源的合理利用和优化配置。征地制度改革 ,必须从保护农民的合法利益出发 ,明确征地适用范围 ,制定合理的征地补偿和税费标准 ,完善社会保障机制 ,强化监督机制 ,配套推进征地制度改革。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the problems of land expropriation compensation and settlement in Jiangsu Province, indicates that the current land expropriation system has many disadvantages and had handicapped the use and allocation of land resource. The reformation of land expropriation system must bebased on the legal right of farmer, standardize the scope of land expropriation, constitute reasonable standard of expropriation compensation and related taxation, consummate the social security system and strengthen the surpervision system. |
