| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化与房地产业紧密相连。新型城镇化对房地产行业而言，是一种机遇，也是一种挑战，须在耕地的保护基础之上，通过完善土地流转制度、户籍管理制度、社会保障制度等，并配以产业化、公共产品的承接以及适宜的房价，形成相辅相成、协调推进的良性循环局面，最终达到二者的协同发展。
