日元国际化对人民币国际化的启示

加快扩大人民币跨境使用,稳步推进人民币国际化是现阶段我国金融体制改革的重要任务之一。当前,我国在经济规模、贸易规模、储蓄率等基本面上与20世纪七八十年代日元国际化即将快速发展的日本具有一定的相似性,因而日元国际化对于人民币国际化具有较强的借鉴意义。本文通过对20世纪60年代以来日元国际化进程进行系统回顾,并总结相关经验教训的基础上,从经济发展、体制改革、市场建设、区域合作等方面对人民币国际化提出了建议。

The Inspiration of Yen Internationalization Experience for RMB Internationalization

Speeding up the expansion of RMB cross-border use, steadily promote the internationahzatlon ot RMB is one of the important tasks at the present stage of the financial system reform in china. At present, our country has a certain degree of similarity with Japan that has rapid development in twentieth Century seventy, so the internationalization of the yen has strong implications for the internationalization of RMB. In this paper, through a systematic review of yen internationalization process since the Nineteen sixties, and summarizing the experience and lessons, from the aspects of economic development, system reform, market construction, regional cooperation, we put forward the suggestion on the internationalization of RMB.
