小额贷款公司信贷投放“脱农化”问题分析——以吉林省吉林市为例

为使民间资本阳光化,国家批准成立了小额贷款公司,其成立初衷是为"三农"和微型企业提供信贷服务。本文以吉林市小贷公司为研究对象,对目前小贷公司信贷投放"脱农化"问题进行全面分析,指出小贷公司涉农贷款占比持续下滑的主要原因,并提出相应对策建议。

The Problem Analysis of the Small Loan Companies Putting off Agriculture

In order to make the folk capital become bright, our country pproved the establishment of the small loan companies, which original intention is established for agriculture, countryside and farmers and miniature enterprise provide credit service. The purpose of this paper is that taking Jilin micro-credit company as the research object, making full analysis of small loan companies and credit off Agrochemical, and pointing out that the main reason for the decline of small loan company sustained agriculture-related loans accounted for, last, put forward the corresponding policy to solve the above problem.
