| 摘 要： | 中期发展规划是一个单位对现状进行战略审视和对未来进行战略决策的体现,具有长远性、战略性、前瞻性和框架性的属性,对一个单位的持续发展具有重大指导意义。文章结合地勘单位的特点,对地勘单位编制中期发展规划的意义、原则、内容和程序进行了阐述。
