| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资和外包是跨国公司在国际产业转移中所采用的两种典型模式。中国在承接发达国家产业转移的过程中，要正确处理FDI和服务外包之间的关系。本文基于制造业和服务业之间产业关联的角度，讨论了如何在二者之间构建一种良性互动机制，从而提高我国利用外商直接投资的质量，实现我国产业结构的优化升级。

| Abstract: | FDI and outsourcing are two kinds of typical ways adopted by multinationals in the international industrial transfer. We should handle the relationship between FDI and outsouring appropriately during undertaking the international industrial transfer. This article discussed that how we should construct the interaction mechanisms based on the industrial relationship of Manufacturing and service industry to improve the qulity of FDI and promote the industrial structure optimization. |
