| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代，随着互联网技术迅速发展，新型银行形态——网络银行开始出现，并迅速扩散，网络银行较传统银行在成本、效率和个性化服务等方面具有许多优势，但同时也面临一系列风险。本文介绍了我国网络银行的发展现状及面临的主要风险，分析了我国网络银行风险监管中存在的问题，有针对性地提出了一些对策及建议。
