全球城市中心功能建设的国际经验及其上海的相关战略举措

全球城市具有较强的全球经济控制力、资源支配力和科技创新力，是一个城市发展的最高阶段。在总结全球城市中心功能的基础上，以纽约、伦敦和东京等全球城市为切入点，本文研究了全球城市中心功能建设的国际经验；分析了上海与全球城市的差距，提出上海应该借鉴全球城市中心功能建设的成功经验实施“五大战略”，将上海建设成为与中国国力相匹配的全球城市。

International Experience of Constructing the Central Functions of Global City and Strategic Measures of Shanghai

The global city should have more capability in the control of international economy, world resources and innovation of technology. It＇s the highest stage of development of a city. Summing up the cemral functions of the global city, the author takes a closer look at New York, London and Tokyo, studies the international experiences of constructing the central functions of the global city, and analyzes the discrepancies between Shanghai and its global counterparts. It is suggested that Shanghai should benefit from constructing the central functions of the global city from around the world, implement own five strategies and construct Shanghai as global city matching up with the national power of the country.
