| 摘 要： | 文章从经济社会的需求出发，系统梳理了国外行业协会和标准化机构从事的欺诈防范与控制标准化活动及其特点，深入分析了国际标准化组织（ISO）从管理体系角度建立安全管理系列标准的思路，并根据我国产业特点提出了我国欺诈防范与控制标准化发展建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the requirement of economic society, this paper systematically reviews the status and characteristics of fraud countermeasures and control standardization activities of foreign industrial association and standardization organizations, analyzes how ISO develops the security management standards from the perspective of management system, and gives advice of China fraud countermeasures and control standardization according to the situation of industry development in China. |
