| 摘 要： | 从全球价值链理论的角度出发，分析了中国地方产业低端嵌入全球价值链的风险。根据关泰事件案例分析了中国玩具企业从“低端嵌入”全球价值链可能带来的风险，并针对各类风险提出了相应的化解风险的对策。
