我国企业信用缺失行为的经济学分析

随着经济改革的深入,信用的缺失已成为一个严重的社会问题.在理性人假设和信息不对称条件下,企业的失信行为是在既定偏好、既定制度约束下个人理性选择的结果.文章运用预期效用理论,在理性人假设的条件下对失信行为进行了静态和动态的收益-成本分析,并依此提出了提高失信成本、减少失信收益从而抑制失信行为的具体思路.

An Economic Analysis of Discredit in Enterprises of Our Country

With the development of economc reforms,discredit has become a serious social problem.Under the assumption of rational man and the condition of nonsymmetrical information,discredit in enterprise is the result of rational personal choice,with given preferences and restriction of the existing institution. The author makes a cost-benefit analysis of the discredit from a static and dynamic perspective respectively by using the above assumption and the frame of the expected utility theory.And accordingiy, the paper brings forward a detailed idea of increasing the discredit cost and reducing the discredit benefit so as to control discredit.
